Injustice and Youth

Enabling dialogue between youth, social workers and educators

The challenge

How do young people experience injustice, and how can professionals better support them?

Young people experience injustice in their everyday lives, but often lack the channels or resources to talk about it and feel supported.

My role

Researcher · Storytelling facilitator

The approach

Young people, teachers and youth professionals work as knowledge partners. Through workshops, storytelling and podcast-making, they investigate situations experienced as unjust and develop support channels and knowledge that can be used in practice.

The outcome

The project is ongoing. Its findings will be translated into educational materials, professional development for teachers and youth professionals, and public-facing stories and podcasts.
