Pieta - Pilato - Crucifixion

In this large-scale tryptic, the formal reinterpretation (a combination of baroque skies, Giottesque patterns, carved wooden elements, and modern figures made of neat lines and color blocks) of religious themes creates a distance that detaches the spectator from his a-priori's and allows him to reflect freely on the intemporality and the universality of these symbols.

The most audacious will see that the Crucufixion has a "Look through my eyes" perspective.
